Litigation Paralegal (High-Volume / E-Discovery Focus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in document preparation, discovery, and eDiscovery processes. Urgent Start!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and finalize high-volume legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence in compliance with court rules and deadlines
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, coordinating document production, and organizing case files
  • Conduct large-scale document reviews for relevance, privilege, and issue tagging using eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, or similar)
  • Assist with ESI collection, processing, and production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production protocols
  • Maintain and track discovery deadlines, production logs, and case materials
  • Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness materials
  • Collaborate with attorneys and vendors to meet tight deadlines and ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in high-volume environments
  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and document review platforms
  • Strong knowledge of discovery processes, ESI, and document production standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Pay Range: $35/hr-45/hr. depending on experience and availability!
